Joel Hale is Vice President, Clinical Operations for OrphAI Therapeutics. Mr. Hale has over 30 years of experience in clinical research, including clinical strategy and operational oversight for small biotech companies and CROs and study/program management for major pharmaceutical companies covering pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and medical devices. Prior to joining OrphAI, he worked at WuXi Clinical Development where he most recently led a team of over 50 Clinical Operations staff covering Phase 1 – 4 clinical activities for a range of clients. With a hands-on approach, he has focused on small Business Unit management, organizational growth, Clinical Research Center development, FDA interaction (Pre-IND and 510k meetings as well as CRO and site audits), monitoring, project management, SOP writing and study design.
